All flooring products are delivered curbside; you may request to have flooring placed either in your driveway, garage or front porch; due to liability concerns we cannot deliver within your home. Please have your home improvement professional present at the time of delivery to assist in the drop-off.
For national deliveries; City Carpet contracts several Freight Carriers to minimize your shipping costs. National carriers use large trucks and their quotes include curbside delivery only. Please have your home improvement professional present at the time of delivery to assist in the drop-off. Our carriers offer free lift-gate service to any residential or business address. Inspect Your Order!!!: Please inspect your order carefully for any visible damages to the boxes. Please note any damages on your receipt and call us immediately. City Carpet is committed to customer satisfaction and will replace or issue credit for any damaged materials in your shipment. When you sign your receipt with no damage notes; you acknowledge that your shipment was received in good condition. City Carpet will NOT replace or issue credit for any damaged materials after the merchandise was received and signed off on.
